brown sugar

walnuts, halved or chopped

pecans, chopped roughly

cup
almonds

salt

cayenne pepper

tsp
ground cinnamon

ginger
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a bowl, mix water, honey and vanilla.
Add nuts and stir to coat.
In a separate bowl, whisk together brown sugar, sugar, cayenne, salt, cinnamon and ginger. Add the mixture to the nuts and stir to coat.
Place nuts on baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour.
Let nuts cool. Break apart the clusters after they start to cool. They will want to stick together! Break into the size of chunks you desire.
Notes
Feel free to add more or less of the spices to satisfy your taste buds!
