Spiced Energy Balls

Sweet and spicy fruit and nut energy balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp juice (apple or grape)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except the coconut flakes to a food processor. Process until nuts and fruit are chopped finely and mixture comes together. You may need to add more juice.
  • Roll the mixture into balls about the size of a quarter.
  • Sprinkle the coconut on a plate or baking sheet. Roll the balls in the coconut to coat.
  • Serve or store in fridge.
