Spiced Energy Balls
Sweet and spicy fruit and nut energy balls

- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp juice (apple or grape)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
Add all ingredients except the coconut flakes to a food processor. Process until nuts and fruit are chopped finely and mixture comes together. You may need to add more juice.
Roll the mixture into balls about the size of a quarter.
Sprinkle the coconut on a plate or baking sheet. Roll the balls in the coconut to coat.
Serve or store in fridge.
