Spiced Energy Balls

Every Passover I make a variation of dried fruit, nut, and grape juice haroset balls with a Sephardic flair so when I wanted to find another tasty component for my Spice Up Your Pandemic Purim Mishloach Manot theme I thought Spiced Energy Balls would be the perfect balance of healthy and sweet for the celebration!

Spiced Energy Balls

Easiest Recipe To Make!

All you have to do for this recipe is throw all the ingredients (other than the coconut) into a food processor and process until it comes together. That’s it! You may need to add more juice but it’s a forgiving recipe–if you add too much, add more of the dried fruits or nuts to balance it out. You want to be able to form the mixture into balls. Once you can do that and the balls don’t fall apart, you have the right consistency!

Once you have your balls rolled, roll them again in the coconut flakes and you are all set! So simple, healthy ingredients, and delicious for Purim or anytime of the year!
