Tu B’Shevat Thank You to the Trees Challenge

Tu B’Shevat, the birthday or new year of the trees, starts in one week, on the evening of Sunday, January 20th. This is such a sweet holiday, and one close to our hearts. We love spending time in nature and we have so many happy and special memories about trees.

The Challenge

To honor Tu B’Shevat, and the trees and all that they do, we’ve issued a little challenge over on Instagram (@withlovefromima): the Tu B’Shevat Thank You to the Trees Challenge! Post one (or more!) picture a day of a tree and share your memory of it or why it is special to you. You could also offer up a little thank you to that tree or to trees in general.

Tu B’Shevat is all about celebrating trees. Thinking about them, honoring them, thanking them for all that they do. And they do a lot! Clean the air, give us shade, feed us, feed other animals, provide a home for so many creatures big and small.

We’d love if you’d join us on this challenge. Take a little time to thank the trees for all that they do, for us and the world. We can’t wait to see what you post!

A Sweet Blessing

You can also get your children involved by sharing this little blessing with them. Practice showing gratitude for the trees together.
